The launch of Diablo III and TERA has made for very little information to share lately. I haven’t tried TERA primarily because I have enough games to play that I don’t need another one. Now that Diablo III is out and Aion is F2P I now have to decide when I want to play either those games, WoW or Old Republic.
I only have a couple links to share with this issue but I didn’t want to wait much longer on posting them. I may even be running the risk that these links are old news already. Either way, if you need a break from Diablo III, or you need something else to do while you are frantically clicking your mouse, check out some of the latest information about MechWarrior Online and some interesting new MoP features.
Black Market Auction House in MoP
Posted 5/12/12 – I’m pretty pumped about this concept of the Black Market Auction House. Obviously it will be the newest gold sink in World of Warcraft, but its probably the best one they have added. The fact that I can try to purchase a rare, or retired, mount for 20,000k is worth the effort to farm the gold. Although I am concerned that this might increase the number of players that will buy gold. The following link is to MMO-Champion so the post will contain other details about the latest beta build for MoP.

More MechWarrior Online Videos
Posted 5/10/12 – I have to admit, while I didn’t play MechWarrior a lot back in the day, watching these videos does make it look like fun. I kind of like how the HUD looks. It gives you the feeling that you are actually piloting a mech, though if you like the way you customized your mech, you may wish to be able to see it from time to time. Cross-Realm Zones in Mists
Posted 5/10/12 – This is an interesting new mechanism, Blizzard plans on creating cross-realm zones in Mists of Pandaria. If a particular zone seems underpopulated you will be able to group up with players from other realms (probably within your battlegroup) but also with people on your Real ID list. I feel like Blizzard is really trying to recreate the sense of community which is a great way to try to rekindle the player base. Follow the link to read more about it.
