Issue 35

Welcome to E3 week, Gamers!! Since E3 is this week we are going to hear a plethora of gaming news coming out from the LA Convention Center. I hope to have captured only the pertinent and interesting stories as there were details coming out about non-MMO and console games as well.

Also, I’m not going to only have E3 stories because there are goodies that are still under development that will be announced in parallel with all the news flowing out of LA. In fact there are patches that went live this week for a couple of well known MMOs.

SWTOR Game Update 1.3 Available on PTS

Posted 6/6/12 – Despite the ramblings of a jealous CEO, SWTOR is still very much a success as more content is coming available in the near future. In fact, the newest content patch is now available on the PTS (Public Test Servers) so head over there and check out the new features. Apparently there are title rewards for players that participate in the public testing and complete a specific amount of content. Follow the links to read more, see screenshots or the trailer.

E3: Elder Scrolls Online Trailer

Posted 6/5/12 – ZeniMax Online Studios decided to start out E3 with a teaser trailer (already) for their much talked about, Elder Scrolls Online. All the video really shows you are the potential characters players will be able to create. As the video will show it looks like we have barbarians, mages and archers. I know that an MMO of this game has been the subject of much debate, but the video looks pretty cool.
