ICYMI: The Fourth Avenger’s Doomday Teaser

I’m getting mixed details about the number of teaser trailers Avenger’s Doomsday will have. I thought there would only be four, but I’m seeing there will be six in some places. Be that as it may, in case you missed it, here is the fourth (and final?) Avenger’s Doomsday teaser trailer.

These two are not a huge surprise. We knew the Wakandans story isn’t finished, and we just had the newest iteration of the Fantastic Four. It’s a fun trailer, but it doesn’t quite have the dramatic flair of the previous teasers.

If there are more trailers, I’ll post them. I think the next teaser we get will be one for the full movie, which is still about 10 months away.

Avengers Doomsday: X-Men

The third teaser trailer for the Avengers: Doomsday movie dropped, and this time it’s the X-Men. It should be no surprise that we are getting the X-Men; it’s been teased for quite a while. The question is, who will be back?

This might be Sir Patrick Stewart’s final film. I thought I read somewhere that he is considering retirement. He will be 86 years old this year. I probably need to go back and watch all the X-Men movies again, just to remind myself of where things were left.

Anyway, Marvel is doing well to build the hype, and I’m anxious to see the first official trailer for this movie. We have a long time to wait; the release date is set for November.

ICYMI First Avengers Doomsday Teaser Trailer

Before I say too much about this trailer, you should probably check it out. FYI, if you saw the newest Avatar movie (Avatar: Fire and Ash), apparently, this trailer premiered with that movie. Watch this trailer before reading any further.

HMDYK About Her Universe

I know this is way outside the normal posts for this category, but we are such fans of Ashley Eckstein and what she’s done for the franchise. I would love to do a post about Ashley; however, she’s mostly known for her voice-over work as Ahsoka Tano. She is married to retired St Louis Cardinal shortstop David Eckstein. She is often seen at any con, and she loves meeting fans. She’s also an entrepreneur and started Her Universe in 2010. So, for one last time in 2025, how much do you know about Her Universe?

Supergirl Teaser Trailer

It was rumored that December 11th would be the premiere date for the Supergirl teaser trailer. The rumors are true. This is the second film in James Gunn’s DC universe. Milly Alcock‘s Supergirl was teased at the end of the Superman movie released earlier this year. She returns as the titular character to tell the tale of Kara Zor-El before she arrives on Earth. Some may recognize Milly Alcock as young Rhaenyra Targaryen from House of the Dragon.

I’m a little undecided. This trailer doesn’t quite ignite the excitement and enthusiasm as the Superman trailer did. Coincidentally, the Superman trailer came out almost exactly a year ago. It’s a pretty unknown cast, other than Jason Momoa as Lobo. Perhaps when we get the official trailer, I’ll feel a little more interested in the movie.

Movie Review of Fantastic Four First Steps

Fantastic 4 First Steps poster

Directed by: Matt Shakman
Starring: Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach
Release Date: July 25, 2025
Runtime: 1 h 45m
My Rating:

It’s been four years since Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben took that fateful trip into space and became Earth’s protectors. Now, Galactus threatens to consume the planet to satiate his life force, and it’s up to The Fantastic Four to stop him.

This is the first film of the Sixth and final phase of the Multiverse Saga. I’d say that this is a solid start to this phase. I had my doubts when the trailer premiered, but after hearing good things and seeing it myself, those doubts are gone. If I’m being honest, I enjoyed Superman more, but as a bigger Marvel fan, I’m giving this movie the same rating.
