Michael Jackson biopic

ICYMI Michael Jackson Biopic Teaser Trailer

I had read that they were making a biopic about Michael Jackson. I did not listen to his music when I was growing up, but he was still the King of Pop, and he defined a generation. You could probably summon any GenXer by simply playing Thriller, Bad, Smooth Criminal, or Black and White. Anyway, in case you missed it, here is the Michael Jackson biopic teaser trailer.

Fun fact: the actor cast to portray Michael Jackson is Jaafar Jackson. Yes, he is the nephew of the legendary pop artist, and this is his film debut. How cool is that??

I may not have been a fan, but I’ll still watch this movie. I wasn’t a Ray Charles fan either, but I still really enjoyed Ray. Hopefully, this movie will have similar success. Although I hope the film focuses more on his music and maybe steers clear of some of his more eccentric life decisions.

Enjoy.

Trailers: Fantastic Four: First Steps – Final Trailer

Ok, I’m a little behind posting about new MCU trailers. A couple of days ago, the final trailer for Fantastic Four First Steps came out. If, by chance, you haven’t seen it yet, or want to watch it again, here you go:

This trailer is a little more exciting than the previous trailers we’ve seen for this movie. This cast and story are starting to grow on me, but it’s probably going to be one of those movies that I wait to see the audience’s response. I don’t care about the critics.

Just a note in regards to the MCU, this movie is the first film in Phase Six. Phase Six is also the final set of films in the Multiverse Saga.

The movie comes out on July 25th. If you see it, drop a comment about what you thought. I’m interested.

Trailers: Fantastic Four First Steps Official Trailer

The official trailer for Fantastic Four First Steps dropped today. Take a look.

It doesn’t look bad. I’m a little more interested in the film from this trailer than I was by the teaser trailer. We do get a couple of confirmations. Sue Storm is pregnant, which will be the first time Franklin Richards will appear in live action.

We also get confirmation that Shalla-Bal is the Silver Surfer and we get our first look of her as the hearld of Galactus. As I mentioned in the teaser trailer post, she is the lover/wife of Norrin Radd, whom we saw as the Silver Surfer in the first iteration of the Fantastic Four films. (We don’t talk about the one in 2015.)

While I will remain cautiously optimisitc, I’m not quite ready to run to the theater to see it. I’ll probably wait a while to see how it’s received by Marvel fans and audiances and that’s just out of sheer curiosity. Negative or positive, I’ll still see the film but it’ll ultimately boil down to theater or streaming service.

What did you think?

Fantastic Four First Steps Teaser Trailer

Fantastic Four First Steps teaser

In my effort to expand the content of this blog, we have a new trailer that launched today. It is the reboot of the Fantastic Four franchise with a new cast, which, hopefully, will render better results than that disaster back in 2015. So without further ado here is the new Fantastic Four First Steps teaser trailer.
