It isn’t a secret that I love to grill. I have watched countless episodes of BBQ Pitmasters, Man Fire Food, and other Food Network and Cooking Channel grilling shows. I have taken physical and mental notes from watching these shows as well as from books I have bought (which I recommend Everyday Barbecue by Myron Mixon, just avoid the BBQ Sauce recipe).
I have three grills; a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a small charcoal smoker. Which grill I use depends on what I will be cooking (i.e. burgers and brats on the gas grill, steaks on the charcoal, etc). I try to grill out at least once a week, usually on the weekends and lately I’ve been experimenting by taking meals we usually prepare on the stop and prepare them on the grill instead. So far I have been very successful.
You can see a gallery below of all the grilled meals I have prepared over the years and I will keep adding to this gallery with each new successful experiment.
